MGMT 4115 Collective Barg/Labor Relation

Prerequisites: MGMT 3101 and MGMT 3141. Restricted to business majors.. An analysis of the system of labor relations in the United States, including the collective bargaining process and labor-management conflict and resolution. Topics to be covered include the evolution of labor unions in the United States, the legal environment of labor relations, the bargaining process, labor contracts, operational processes, conflict resolution, and public sector labor relations.
