MGMT 4105 Human Resource Management

Prerequisites: MGMT 3101 and MGMT 3141. Restricted to business majors. Examines the overall personnel function in business including acquisition, use, maintenance and development of human resources. Emergent issues including legislative requirements affecting personnel management will be examined together with the constraints imposed thereon.
