CHEM 4420 Forensic Drug/Biomat Analysis

Prerequisites: CHEM 2800 and CHEM 3711. Corequisite: CHEM 4420L. Forensic chemistry with emphasis on drug and biomaterial analysis. The topics covered include classification of drugs using the USC, synthetic drugs, presumptive and confirmatory tests for drugs, serology, DNA profiling, immunoassays, and application of these techniques in the forensic field.
