BIOL 2180 Allied Health Microbiology

(3-2-4) Pre-requisite: BIOL 1100 and 1100 lab, or BIOL 1107 and 1107 lab, or CHEM 1151 and 1151 lab, or CHEM 1151K with a grade of C or better. Designed to give a general knowledge of microorganisms and their relation to human welfare with respect to both pathology and transmission of disease. Additional laboratory fee required; see semester course schedule for amount. This is a HOPE and Zell Miller STEM course.
