Prerequisites: MGMT 3101, MGMT 3141. Restricted to business majors. Basic compensation and benefits systems. Topics include a study of the employment environment and its impact on compensation programs, including job evaluation methods and salary determinations. Benefit programs and governmental policy implications will be considered.
