Department approval. A discussion of selected topics in Kinesiology focused on community health, exercise science, athletic training, outdoor education or physical education. Topics and instructor will vary. Clinical, service, or field components may be required.

HSCS 3995 Global Health Field Experience

These experiences are designed to be the field experience course in the Global Health Studies minor. Students are expected to use the principles of service-learning to engage with community members, groups and organizations to apply their academic training in a real world setting. The setting is a developing country without adequate health care or basic infrastructure. This course is repeatable for credit.
