Academic Major (36 semester hours)
Satisfactorily complete each of the following courses. EDEX 3220 must be completed with a grade of B or higher (HB671).
Concentrations in Content Fields (Liberal Arts) (30 semester hours)
All candidatess are required to have an English/Language Arts Concentration. All candidates also will choose a second concentration from science, social sciences or mathematics.
All candidates must complete MAED 3100, GEOG 4500, and PHSC 4010.
English/Language Arts Concentration (Required)
Satisfactorily complete each of the following courses:
Social Studies Concentration
Satisfactorily complete each of the following courses, and select one additional 3000-4000 level HIST, POLS, ECON, GEOG, SOCI, or CRJU course in consultation with the candidate's Mentor Leader.
Mathematics Concentration
Complete two of the following courses:
Science Concentration
Satisfactorily complete each of the following courses, and complete an additional 3000-4000 level BIOL, CHEM, GEOL, PHSC, or PHYS course in consultation with the candidate's Mentor Leader.
