KINS 4213 Essentials Strength/Condition

Prerequisites: BIOL 2170 or HSCS 2823; KINS 3203 and KINS 3223 (concurrent). An introduction to the principles of developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for healthy individuals utilizing resistance training, plyometrics, metabolic training, flexibility, reaction time, speed, and agility.
